Symbai is an AI startup. We build the AI agent stack that lets one senior engineer do the work of a small team, and we rent that engineer out by the month. You send work to one async inbox and get it back done.
What we believe
Most companies don't need a bigger engineering team. They need someone accountable who moves fast. AI made the speed possible; accountability is still missing. Symbai puts the two together: our agents do the heavy lifting, a senior engineer owns every outcome, and you rent the result as a subscription instead of running another hiring cycle.
What we're building
- The agent stack. Internal AI agents that plan, write, test and review code, so one engineer covers the ground of several.
- Human in the loop. A senior engineer reviews, shapes and ships everything the agents produce, and answers for it.
- Flat pricing. As the agents get better, you get more done for the same price. Hourly billing would punish that.

Who we are
Symbai was founded by Raphael Fakhri, a senior engineer based in Beirut who works with clients worldwide. The team is small by design: you talk to the person who ships your work, and we cap active clients on purpose.
